About the Role
This is not a traditional internship. This is a formal, structured On-the-Job Training Program designed to prepare the next generation of private equity professionals through direct, real-world exposure to live transactions and advisory mandates.
As a Junior Investment Analyst (Trainee), you will be embedded in active deal processes from day one, assuming meaningful responsibilities, such as:
Supporting live buy-side and sell-side transactions
Assisting in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
Preparing materials for internal and client investment committees
Conducting market and industry analysis
Participating in portfolio monitoring discussions
Engaging directly with senior team members and target company executives
At the end of the 6-month program, top performers will receive a full-time offer as Investment Analysts, with access to an annual performance-based bonus.
